The main principle of vacuum insulation cup insulation

A vacuum insulation cup is generally a water container made of stainless steel and a vacuum layer, with a lid on the top and a tight seal. The vacuum insulation layer can delay the heat dissipation of liquids such as water inside to achieve the purpose of heat preservation. The thermos cup is developed from the thermos. The principle of insulation is the same as that of the thermos, except that people make the bottle into a cup for convenience. There are three ways to transfer heat: radiation, convection and transmission. The silver cup inside the thermos can reflect the radiation of hot water, the vacuum of the cup and the cup body can block the transfer of heat, and the bottle that is not easy to transfer heat can block the heat convection.

The main reason why the thermos cup can keep warm is due to the following points:

1. The closed structure of the cup body

The cup body of the thermos cup adopts a double-layer structure, and the vacuum of the cup bladder and the cup body can block the transfer of heat. And whether the sealing function of the thermos cup is outstanding, it also plays a very important role in the insulation function. The better the sealing, the harder it is to transfer heat, and then the better the heat preservation effect.

2. Double-layer stainless steel vacuum structure

Vacuum does not transfer heat, which is equivalent to blocking the heat transfer medium. The higher the vacuum degree, the better the heat preservation effect. The vacuuming skills are divided into two types: tailless vacuuming and tailless vacuuming. At present, most vacuum cup manufacturers use tailless vacuuming because this technology is more advanced.

3. The inner tank is plated with copper or silver

The inner tank is plated with copper or silver, which can effectively form a layer of heat insulation net on the inner tank of the thermos cup, so that the copper plating can reflect the heat radiation and effectively reduce the heat lost by the radiation.
